Established in 1971, the Maryland Building Officials Association (MBOA) is a professional organization comprised of over 350 county and municipal code complaince officials and industry professionals from across Maryland.
Our mission is to promote professionalism and consistency in the application and compliance with building and related codes throughout the State.
To accomplish our mission we sponsor statewide education events, disseminate code-related information, colaborate with industry represenatives and review and comment on legislation.
